Andrew Wiggins made his official announcement today... he's entering the 2014 NBA Draft. He talked about how playing as a Kansas Jayhawk under Bill Self helped to make him a better player and that if he could choose all over again he'd still pick KU.
Why did he feel it was a good time to enter the draft? "I'm just confident that I'm ready!" Andrew said. See the video and photos from the event and a special "Thank You" video to KU fans below!

Andrew Wiggins had career highs in points, blocks, free-throws and steals in today's game against West Virginia. He scored 41 points, which is the 12th highest in KU history. He broke Ben Mclemore's KU freshman scoring record for points in a game and for the Big 12 freshman record, he is second only to Michael Beasley's 44 point game for K-State.
Wiggins had 41 points today on only 18 shots and he also had 8 rebounds, 5 steals and 4 blocks!! Be sure to check out our stat page to see more of Andrew Wiggins Stats!

When is Andrew Wiggins' birthday? Why it is today, February 23rd! We want to wish him a very happy birthday and thank him for giving us the gift of getting to watch some great basketball! Just yesterday, he scored a quick 15 points against Texas (eight of them in a row) and the whole Texas team itself only had 10 total at the time.
How old is Andrew Wiggins? Andrew turned 19 years old today. We are officially celebrating today as Andrew Wiggins Day and encourage you to do the same! This young man has many great years of basketball ahead and we can't wait to see each and every one of his games!

Thank you for celebrating Andrew Wiggins Day with us and once again, a very Happy Birthday from all of us here at AndrewWigginsBasketball.net!
I am watching the Vine video showing Andrew Wiggins scooping up the loose ball against the Texas Tech Red Raiders over and over because I just can't believe it! Just when you thought it was over, KU pulls off the win right at the end! Congratulations to Wiggins for a spectacular game!
^ Look who was trending on Twitter after the big win!
After the game winning shot, did Andrew take all the credit? Here's what he had to say, "My heart was just racing! We give the ball to JoJo, one of our best scorers, and he delivered a great pass." What a guy!
The Jayhawk Television Network will be playing tonight's game. This may come as a disappointment for many fans located in Kansas or the Kansas City area because, well, the University of Kansas cares more about money than its local fans being able to watch the games. That being said, here are the ways you can watch the Jayhawks play Pitt State at 7pm Central time:
WATCH KU ON TV: -Lawrence, KS - WOW! Channel 37 -Kansas City - Time Warner Cable Sports Channel (Time Warner Cable or Comcast) -The Rest of Kansas - COX Kansas 22 -Anyone Outside of Kansas or Kansas City - ESPN3 -Canadians - You are also left out for now, watch the game on 11/8 at 7pm Central on TSN
WATCH THE JAYHAWKS PLAY ONLINE: -Jayhawk Digital Passport (pay for membership) -ESPN with an Xbox LIVE Gold membership -ESPN3.com (supposedly, haven't been able to confirm this)
Do you have any tips for finding free streaming of the game online so the fans in Canada and Kansas can watch it too? Share it with us in comments!

We have an update on the possible deal for Andrew Wiggins shoes next summer! Rumors are circulating that both Adidas and Nike are very interested in signing a deal with Wiggins once his NCAA season is over (hopefully after a Kansas Jayhawks 2014 NCAA Championship!).
The current offer on the table? A record-setting $180 million dollars!
We all knew it was coming... Andrew Wiggins has taken the cover of Sports Illustrated and fans everywhere are salivating over this coveted issue!
His rookie card was previously found in Sports Illustrated for kids and has made some people money on eBay. He was also on the cover of SLAM Magazine along with Jabari Parker. You can find both of these on Amazon on the right side of this post (unless they're sold out of course).
Photo of Andrew Wiggins and Wilt Chamberlain in their KU jerseys lacing up their shoes. Very cool photo.
We can't wait to get our hands on the Sports Illustrated with Andrew Wiggins on the cover!
Tonight KU Jayhawks fans were wowed by Andrew Wiggins' vertical and his Suit & Tie dance moves in the 2013 Late Night in the Phog. What is Late Night in the Phog? It's an annual University of Kansas tradition where the basketball players do skits, dance and then practice in front of fans. This year thousands of people were turned down at the door as Allen Fieldhouse filled in a hurry with 16,300 fans getting the coveted seats to watch the show and scrimmage.
Andrew started off his performance by dancing to Justin Timberlake's hit "Suit and Tie." As you can see in the photo above he looked pretty sharp as he did so. Next, as the team warmed up Wiggins tried to do a few spectacular dunks but took a few shots before he got his college jitters out. Finally, there was a team scrimmage and his stats are shown on the right.
Andrew Wiggins Stats for Late Night in the Phog: Total Points: 12 Playing Time: 13 minutes Accuracy: 6-8 3-Pointers: 0-2 Rebounds: 1 defensive Steals: 1 Dancing Rating: 10/10
Our favorite Tweet of the evening goes to @DoctorNaismith who did a great parody on Andrew Wiggins being compared to basketball superstars and switched the situation around to overstate his dancing ability. How would you rate Andrew Wiggins' dancing at Late Night? Let us know in comments!
Andrew Wiggins' dance moves are being unfairly compared to Michael Jackson's. Temper your expectations, he'll need time to develop.
Want to see Andrew Wiggins dancing at Late Night in the Phog again? Check out the video below! He is on the left if you're having trouble spotting the hair. This video cracks us up!
After watching the video above, we're not so sure that Andrew's training with tWitch from So You Think You Can Dance has really paid off yet (See our post on Andrew Wiggins at the ESPYs for more details on that).
Here's a video of him being introduced before the scrimmage along with some Andrew Wiggins highlights (you've got to love them)! More photos and videos will be added as they become available.

Check out the photo on the right posted on Twitter by Matt Scott then head over to our page if you want to know just how high Andrew Wiggins vertical really is. This guy can soar and tonight was just a small taste of what we have in store! Along with a 14 point contribution from teammate Perry Ellis, the Blue Team beat the Crimson team 66-40.
This new Kansas Jayhawks team is bursting with talent and should be very exciting to watch this year!
